About True Sports Cards

True Sports Cards is an established sports collectibles company specializing in sports cards, memorabilia, and online sales. We process and ship thousands of items to customers across the country through our website, eBay, and other online marketplaces.

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Shipping & Packing Associate.

Job Responsibilities

Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Safely package sports cards, graded cards, collectibles, and sports memorabilia.
• Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipping.
• Print shipping labels and process shipments using our shipping software.
• Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
• Maintain quality standards while meeting daily shipping expectations.

Warehouse Operations

• Organize and maintain shipping supplies and packing stations.
• Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory.
• Assist with inventory management and product organization.
• Keep warehouse workstations clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks and special projects as needed.

Efficiency & Quality Control

• Maintain a high level of accuracy when fulfilling orders.
• Work efficiently to meet daily shipping goals.
• Identify and report shipping errors or inventory discrepancies.
• Follow established packing and shipping procedures.
• Help improve warehouse productivity and workflow.

Qualifications

Required:

• Dependable, punctual, and reliable.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 40 pounds.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or fulfillment experience.
• Experience with eBay, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Familiarity with shipping software and label printers.
• Knowledge of sports cards, collectibles, or sports memorabilia.

Sports card knowledge is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Pay: 17–20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
• Starting Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week.
• Employment Type: Part-time.
• Work Location: Roseville, California (in-person warehouse position).
